    4      pounds        ground round
   28      ounces        stewed tomatoes
    2      large         onions
    4      cloves        garlic -- minced
      1/2  cup           flour
    2      cans          ranch beans
      1/2  cup           chili powder
   12      ounces        beer
    2      tablespoons   oregano
    2      tablespoons   cumin
    1      tablespoon    cayenne
    2      teaspoons     salt
 
 Saute onions and garlic in oil.  Brown meat and add ingredients, except for bea
 ns.  Simmer for two hours and then add beans before serving.
