                      Shrimply Delicious Celery Sticks

    4 1/2  ounces        tiny shrimp -- rinsed and drained
    3      ounces        cream cheese -- softened
    1      tablespoon    chopped nuts
    1      teaspoon      chopped pimiento
                         i teaspoon finely chopped green onions
      1/2  teaspoon      chopped chives
    1      teaspoon      lemon juice
        1  dash          hot pepper sauce
    6                    celery stalks -- cut into 3 inch
                         -- pieces, up to 7
 
 In small bowl, combine all ingredients except celery; mix well.  Spoon about 2 
 teaspoons shrimp mixture into each celery piece.  If desired, garnish with addi
 tional sliced green onions or chopped chives.  Cover; chill until serving.
