1/4 cup Vegetable oil
8 medium Cloves garlic -- minced
2 1/4 teaspoons Chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper -- (scant)
4 ounces Plain popcorn
1 Kosher salt
Place oil, smashed, peeled and minced garlic, chili powder and cayenne in a
small saucepan over very low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for five
minutes.
Place popcorn in a large bowl. Pour the spice mixture over and toss to coat.
Hands work best for this.
Season with salt to taste and serve.
