Spinach Dip

250 ml sour cream
250 ml mayonnaise
250 g water chestnuts -- drained and diced (o
5 green onions -- chopped (with tops)
300 g cooked spinach -- drained well. Use on
1 envelope Knorr dry vegetable soup mix -- (a Swiss import)
1. Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stir again before serving.
Author's Notes:
People like this dip. It's a hit a parties. It is good to dip
vegetables into, or to spread on crackers.
Serve with sturdy dip-ables or crackers, as it will break chips.
Difficulty : trivial.
