    1       c            1% low-fat cottage cheese
    2       tb           Buttermilk
    1 1/2   ts           Lemon juice -- fresh squezzed
                         -or more to taste
 
   In a blender, place cottage cheese, buttermilk and
   lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
