    1 1/2  Lb.           lean ground beef
    1      Large         onion -- diced
    1      Can           green chilies -- diced
    1 1/2  C.            shredded Jack cheese
    1 1/2  C.            shredded Cheddar cheese
    1      C.            taco sauce
    2      Cans          refried beans -- (1 lb.)
                         Topping Ingredients:
      1/3  C.            chopped onions
    1      C.            pitted olives -- chopped
    1      Recipe        avocado dip
      1/2  C.            sour cream
 
 Fry ground beef and onions until light brown. Spread
 refried beans in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Top the beans evenly with
 the ground beef, chilies and shredded cheeses. Drizzle taco
 sauce over top. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes in a 350 degrees oven.
 Quickly garnish with the topping. Mound avocado dip in center.
 Spread sour cream around the center. Sprinkle on onions and
 olives. Serve with 6 to 8 cups corn chips. (I use this recipe
 for a main hot dish.) Very good.
