                           TOFU AND PEANUT SAUCE

      1/4   c            Peanut butter
   14       oz           Tofu
    1       c             -- water or unseasoned
                         veggie
                         -broth
    1                    Garlic clove (or more)
    3       tb           Tamari
            pn           Cayenne or your favorite
                         -hot sauce (optional)
 
    In a blender or food processor, blend together all
   the ingredients untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce
   is too thick, add a little extra water.
   
    Pour the sauce into a skillet or saucepan and stir
   over mediumheat until it is thoroughly heated.
   
    Serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or rice,
   or over pasta.
