    1 1/2   c            Tahini
    1 1/2   c            Buttermilk or yogurt
    1       md           Clove garlic crushed
      1/2   c            Lemon juice
      1/4   c            Finely minced scallions
      1/4   c            Finely minced parsley
      1/2   ts           Ground cumin (more to
                         Taste)
                         Dash or two of tamari (mild
                         Soy sauce)
                         Salt to taste
                         Dash or two of cayenne and
                         Paprika
