                          Brian's Spicey Fig Sauce

    3                    fresh figs
    1                    onion (about 3" diam)
    1      cup           carrots
    3                    garlic cloves
    1      tsp           cumin
    1      tsp           celery seed
    3      tbsp          honey
    2      tbsp          lemom juice
    4                    red Habeneros
 
 Chopped everything put everything in a blender blend until smooth Tasty,
 slightly sweet, and just the right heat to not scare away the neighbors. Brian,

 NOTES : From time to time, I find something and just have to experiment.
 Last night at the local market they were giving out samples of fresh Fig. I
 tried a piece of one and thought hhmmmm this is sticky, has a citrus flavor
 (almost like Kiwi), and a mild fig taste......
 Well when I got home with 6 of these,I ate 1, thetwins polished off 2 more,
 and this is what I did with the rest........
