                     POPPYSEED DRESSING FOR FRUIT SALAD

      3/4  cup           Sugar
    2      teaspoons     Salt
      1/2  teaspoon      Dry mustard
    2      tablespoons   Poppy seeds
      1/4  teaspoon      Celery seeds
    1      tablespoon    Onion -- grated
      2/3  cup           Red wine vinegar
    2      cups          Salad oil
 
 Mix together sugar, salt, mustard, poppy seeds, celery seeds and grated
 onion. Stir in vinegar. With electric beater going, add oil a little at
 a time until blended and thickened. Refrigerate. Pour over fresh fruit
 salad.
