4-5 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1-2 drops hot pepper sauce
With a fork, mash garlic in olive oil; then whisk in remaining ingredients.
Let dressing sit overnight in the refrigerator if you want a stronger garlic
flavor.
Makes about 1/3 cup.
