~ Bill's fantastic salad dressing Recipe ~

       Title: Bill's Fantastic Salad Dressing
  Categories: Salad dress
       Yield: 6 Servings
  
            *ingredients*
     1/2 c  Sugar
       2    Garlic cloves, mashed
       5 tb Virgin olive oil
       1 ts Salt
            Fresh pepper to taste
     1/2 c  Red wine vinegar
  
   DIRECTIONS:
   
   In a Blender, Food Processor, or by hand, combine first 5 ingredients and
   form a "paste".  When fully combined, add 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar (or
   Vinegar of choice) and continue until fully emulsified.
   
   TIPS:
   
   You may substitute 1/2 cup of Honey for sugar.  Adjust ingredient
   amounts to your particular taste after first following exact recipe.
   
   I've even added a few anchovies during first step.  Have fun with this
   recipe.  It's really delicious.
