Title: Party Cheese Wreath

2 pk Cream cheese, softened
1 pk Shredded sharp cheddar
1 tb Red bell pepper, chopped
1 tb Finely chopped onion
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Lemon juice
Dash ground red pepper
1/4 c Chopped parsley
Red or orange bell pepper-
Cutouts
Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese with electric
mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Blend in remaining ingredients except parsley and bell
pepper cutouts. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Place drinking glass in center of serving platter.
Drop round tablespoonfuls of mixture around glass,
just touching outer edge of glass to form ring; smooth
with spatula. Remove glass. Garnish with parsley and
bell pepper cutouts. Serve with crackers. Garnish,
if desired. Makes 12 servings. ch
*Mini cheese balls- Shape cream cheese mixture into 1
inch balls. Roll in light rye bread crumbs or dark
pumpernickel bread crumbs.
