    1      8 oz          -tub      fat-free cream cheese
    2      tablespoons   jalapeno jelly
      1/4  cup           finely chopped green pepper
    1      teaspoon      dry onion flakes OR 3 gren onions ,chopped
 
  Combine all ingredients in small bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Chill a
 nd serve.
  Makes 8 servings.    A tasty dip with a bite. Serve with lowfat crackers or ch
 ips.
