Half-Hour Apple Butter

1 25 Ounces Ja unsweetened applesauce
1/2 Cup sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 Teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 Teaspoon ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil.
Then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes; stir often Let cool.
Pour mixture into container of electric blender; process at High speed for 10
seconds or until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Yield: about 2 cups. Submitted
