I keep a large bag full of garlic in a cool dark place and another portion I pe
el and put into a jar of oil and keep in the fridge, nakes great flavored oil .
But you can either peel and freeze or my dad froze the whole, but they will lo
ok a bit opaque when you defrost them , but have same flavor, and I cook with t
hem all the time.
