Karens BBQ sandwiches

3 pounds hamburger -- cooked and drained
1/2 onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
3 tablespoons bbq spice
Cook and shreed meat. Put in crock pot with all other ingredients. Turn on
high until starts to boil. Turn down to low and leave all day. Serve on
bread or rolls with cheese. You can also use bottled bbq sauce if you want
to.

NOTES : you can use leftover meat loaf, or baked chicken or cooked pork etc.
You can mix any or all of the meats. The kids really like it. I serve it
with cheese and sliced onion.
