1 pound ground turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 medium onion -- sliced
Put potatoes in casserole or dutch oven. Crumble raw meat over the top, add
the soups and onion. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done
at 350.
