    3                    eggs -- (3 to 4)
    1      Cup           grated Mozzarella cheese
    1      Cup           grated sharp cheese
    1      Medium        tomato -- diced
    1      Small   Can   mushrooms
      1/4  Cup           green pepper -- chopped
      1/4  Cup           milk
    1      Dash          salt
    1      Dash          pepper
    2      Tablespoons   chopped onions
 
 Mix all ingredients together. Pour in an unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust. Co
 ver edges of crust with foil to keep from burning. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 t
