TRIPLE CHEESE PIE

1 cup small curd cottage cheese -- creamed
1 cup Mozzarella cheese -- shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
3/4 cup French fried onions (Durkee)
Heat oven to 400F. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix cheeses; spread in plate.
Beat eggs, milk and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high
or 1 minute with electric mixer on high. Pour into plate; sprinkle with
onions. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out
clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
