      1/2  Lb.           lean ground beef
    2      Tbsp.         chopped green onion
    1      Tsp.          dried basil
      1/4  Tsp.          salt (optional)
      1/2  Pkg.          frozen green beans -- (9 oz.) thawed (1
                         c.)
      1/2  C.            biscuit baking mix
    1      C.            milk
    2                    eggs
      1/4  C.            grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
 
 In skillet cook beef, green onion, basil and salt until
 beef is browned; drain. Lightly grease an 8-inch quiche or pie
 plate. Place beef mixture and green beans in a quiche plate.
 Mix biscuit baking mix, milk and eggs. Pour over beef mixture.
 Sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40
 minutes.
