    2      pounds        hamburger
    1      package       chili seasoning
    1      can           tomato sauce -- 8 oz
    1      cup           onion -- chopped
    1      cup           green pepper -- chopped
    1      cup           celery -- chopped
    1      can           evaporated milk
    1      box           corn muffin mix -- jiffy
    1      cup           cheddar cheese -- grated
 
 Brown hamberger, drain grease. Add onion, celery and green peppers. Saute
 untill tender. Mix in tomato sauce and chili seasoning. Mix well. Pour into
 greased casserole dish. Mix milk and corn muffin mix together. Pour over top
 of meat mixture. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25. After removing from oven sprinkle
 with cheddar cheese and let it melt.
 Have use taco seasoning instead of chili
