   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    6      slices        cooked ham -- lowfat; thick slices
                         or- about three cups of leftover ham
    6      medium        potatoes -- thinly sliced
                         or twelve new potatoes, halved
    2      large         onion -- thinly sliced
    6      slices        lowfat mozzarella cheese -- (6 to 12)
                         or any mild cheese
    1      can           low fat Cream of Mushroom soup
 
 
 Layer in crock pot beginning with ham on the bottom.  Spread a layer of
 soup between groups of ham, potato, onion and cheese.  Cook on high just
 until pot is heated then on low for six to eight hours.
