1 3 lb Pork Roast -- (3 to 4)
6 Potatoes -- Halved
8 Carrots -- Cut in pieces
1/2 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix or
1 Onion -- Quartered
1 cup Water
Prepare your vegetables. Place in the following order: carrots then
potatos and then your Pork Roast. Mix water and onion soup mix. Pour
over roast. Slow-cook on slow for about 10 hours. You can substitute a
beef roast.
