Crock Pot Pork Chops

1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
7 lean pork loin chops -- LOIN!
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon msg
1 can chicken and rice soup
1. Mix first four ingredients (flour to garlic powder)
2. Coat pork chops with flour mixture.
3. Fry in oil in skillet until well browned on both sides. Place in Crock
Pot
4. Sprinkle over chops the MSG and soup.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
