Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup orange marmalade
2 Tablespoons catsup
1 Clove garlic -- crushed
3 Lbs. country style spareribs -- (3 to 4)
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush on both sides of ribs.
Place in Crockpot. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on Low for
8-10 hours.
