1/4cmargarine, or butter
1 1/3crice, instant, uncooked
1/2conion, minced or 2 tb instant chopped onion
1/3cgreen pepper, minced
2eagarlic, cloves, minced or 1/4 ts garlic powder
8oztomato sauce, can
7ozclams, can, minced, drained
5ozchicken, can, cooked
Directions:
Heat margarine in large skillet and lightly brown rice, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Add remaining ingredients along with 1-1/2 cups water, and mix well. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
