3 1/2lbchicken breast halves, boned, skinned
1/2tsgarlic powder
1/2tsoregano
1/4clemon juice
1/2colive oil
2eaonion, chopped
2tsseasoned salt
1/4tswhipped margarine
1/2tspepper, coarsely ground
6eatomato wedges
Directions:
Combine garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion, seasoned salt and salt. Mix thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate over night.Melt whipped margarine in frying pan. Add chicken and saute until tenderly done and evenly browned. Garnish with coarsely ground black pepper and tomato wedges.
