1 1/2 c Vegetable or chicken stock
-or water
pn Salt
1 c couscous
Basics for new cooks:
In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil; stir in couscous. Remove from
heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 3 cups, or
4 servings.
