1/4clemon juice
2tsworcestershire sauce
2tscelery seed
2tshungarian sweet paprika
1clgarlic, minced
2tssalt, optional
4tspepper
8eachicken breat, halves boneless skinless
2cfine dry bread crumbs
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Place chicken in mixtureand turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Removechicken from marinade; coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallowbaking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350-degree for 45 minutes or until juicesrun clear.
