1/2colive oil
1/2cvinegar, malt
1/4cwater
2tbparsley, fresh, chopped
3eagarlic, cloves, minced
1tscayenne pepper
1tssalt
1 1/2tsoregano, fresh, leaves, chopped
1xpepper, freshly ground
Directions:
Great for beef and poultry. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with tight fitting lid. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
