3eatomatoes, large, peeled and diced
2tbbasil, fresh, chopped

1/2lbangel hair pasta, uncooked
1xparmesan cheese, grated
6eabacon, slices, cooked, crumbled or
1cham, cooked, chopped or
1cchicken, cooked, chopped or
1cturkey, cooked, chopped
Directions:
In large skillet, heat oil. Add garlic and green onions, stir-fryfor one minute. Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper; cook 2minutes, stirring frequently.Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss tomatomixture with hot pasta, adding any cooked meats at this time. Serveimmediately. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
