~ Wheat pilaf Recipe ~

       Title: Wheat Pilaf
  Categories: Polkadot, Epona, Nuts/grains
       Yield: 4 Servings
  
       4 tb Unsalted butter
       1 c  Fresh mushrooms
            -(your choice as to type),
            -sliced
       1 sm Onion, finely chopped
     1/2 c  Pecans, chopped
       1 tb Fresh thyme leaves
     1/2 c  Instant bulgar
       3 c  Chicken or vegetable broth
     1/3 c  Golden raisins
  
   Heat 3 Tbl. of butter in skillet over high heat; saute mushrooms,
   onion, pecans, and thyme until onion is translucent.  Add dry bulgar
   and saute for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in the broth, raisins,
   and remaining butter. Cook for time recommended on bulgar package, or
   until broth is mostly absorbed.  Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
