~ Oatmeal choco-chip cake Recipe ~

       Title: Oatmeal Choco-Chip Cake

       Yield: 1 servings
  
   1 3/4 c  Boiling water
       1 c  Uncooked oatmeal
       1 c  Brown sugar
       1 c  Granulated sugar
     1/2 c  Margarine
       2    Eggs
   1 3/4 c  Unsifted flour
     1/2 ts Baking soda
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 tb Cocoa
       1 lg Packag  chocolate chips
     3/4 c  Walnuts; chopped

   1.  Pour boiling water over oatmeal; let stand at room
   temperature for 10 minutes 2.  Add sugars, margarine, and
   eggs; beat.
   3 Add flour, soda, salt, cocoa and mix thoroughly.
   4.  Add half of chocolate chips and blend in 5.  Pour into
   greased 9x13 inch pan.
   6.  Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
   7.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
