                         vegetable cooking spray
      3/4  cup           all-purpose flour
      1/2  cup           cocoa powder
      2/3  cup           sugar
    2      tablespoons   nonfat dry milk powder
    2      teaspoons     baking powder
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
    2                    eggs
      1/3  cup           nonfat yogurt
      1/3  cup           applesauce, unsweetened
    1      tablespoon    vanilla
      1/2  cup           water -- room temperature
    2      teaspoons     Kahlua
      1/4  cup           nuts -- chopped
 
    Preheat oven to 350=B0F. Spray a meatloaf size glass baking dish 3 tim
 es with the vegetable oil.
   Put all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend with an electr
 ic mixer at low speed.
   Put all wet ingredients into a smaller mixing bowl and whisk to blend.
   Pour liquid ingredients into the larger bowl containing the dry ingredi
 ents. Add the nuts. Mix at medium speed thotoughtly until shiny. Pour int
 o prepared baking dish. 
   Bake for about 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center c
 omes out clean. Try not to over bake.
