1 stick butter
1 Tablespoon parsley -- dried flakes
3 Tablespoons romano cheese fresh -- shredded finely
3 Tablespoons parmesan cheese fresh -- shredded finely
1 Tablespoon garlic -- minced
Melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Spread on bread and broil till
golden (about 3-4 minutes)
