2 Tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 Dash salt
1 C. milk
Dressing:
1 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Pt. water
lemon flavoring
Mix and drop by the teaspoonfuls into deep fat. Fry
until golden brown.
Dressing (or sauce): Combine in a saucepan and cook
until thick. Pour over the fritters.
