   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1       t            Ground cinnamon
    3       c            Sugar
    3 1/2   c            Flour -- sifted
      2/3   c            Vegetable oil
    2       ts           Baking soda
    1 1/2   ts           Salt
    1       cn           Pumpkin
      2/3   c            Water
    1       t            Ground nutmeg
      2/3   c            Pecans -- coarsely chopped
    1                    Egg
 
   Mix all ingredients together.  Pour into well-greased
   loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.  Remove from
   pan and cool completely on wire rack before wrapping.
